# Add or Remove Staff from a Group

> Manage which staff members can create service records for a group by adding or removing them from the group's Admins & Staff list.

Every group in Kibu has its own list of assigned staff. Staff added to a group's **Admins & Staff** list can create service records for that group. You can add or remove staff from a group at any time from the group's Settings tab.

<Info>
  The People panel has two tabs: **Admins & Staff** and **Members**. This article covers managing the Admins & Staff list.
