Service Records on Mobile

The Kibu mobile app allows you to efficiently manage and complete service records while on the go. While new service records must be created through the web platform, once assigned, you can easily access and complete them through your home page in the app, which displays all your incomplete service records for the day.

Viewing Quick Notes

To view quick notes associated with a service record on the mobile app go to the members profile and view their feed:
  1. Open the service record
  2. Tap the member’s profile at the top of the screen
  3. The feed will display all quick notes for that member for the day
This centralized feed makes it easy to reference all observations and notes while completing the service record.

Completing Service Records

The completion process on mobile mirrors the web platform experience:
  1. Fill in all required fields
  2. Add any additional notes or observations
  3. Review the information
  4. Sign and approve the record
