Overview

Medical observations allow you to track important health metrics for your members over time providing a comprehensive view of their health status and history.

Recording Medical Observations

When you need to record a new medical observation:
  1. Navigate to the member’s profile
  2. Click the three dots (…) menu in the profile banner
  3. Select “New Medical Record”
  4. Choose the observation type from the dropdown menu
  5. Enter the relevant data and measurements
  6. Add any additional notes if needed
  7. Click Save to record the observation

Viewing Observation History

To review past medical observations:
  1. Go to the member’s profile
  2. Select the Medical tab
  3. Click on “Observations”
  4. Use the filters to find specific types of observations
  5. View trends and changes over time through our interactive charts

Types of Medical Observations

We support comprehensive tracking of vital health metrics including:

Vital Signs

  • Heart rate (resting and post exercise)
  • Blood pressure (systolic and diastolic)
  • Weight
  • Height

Health Events

  • Seizure dates
  • Blood sugar/glucose levels
  • Bowel movements
  • Urinary elimination

Nutrition Tracking

  • Food intake
  • Fluid intake
